The Prescott City Council Tuesday gave its approval for a water service agreement for the planned Whiskey Row hotel, but with some stipulations.
During Tuesday’s meeting, Mayor Cathey Rusing made this motion:
The motion passed 6-0, with Rusing abstaining.
