Local scoreboard from yesterday, in baseball, Chino Valley demolished Highland Prep 27–0. Ryan Lamotte drove in four runs.
In softball, Bradshaw Mountain lost to Mohave 10–4. “Code Red” Kodee Statler homered and drove in three runs.
The Chino Valley golf team won the Williams multi-meet. Jhett Richey was the medalist with a 38.
Alumni update time. Former Prescott baseball player Ivan Schuster is doing well in his first season with Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. He is batting .306 with eight RBIs and eight runs scored.
