1957: A collapse of control. Chicago Cubs pitchers walked nine Cincinnati batters in the fifth inning! That helped the Reds get the win 9–5.
1962: Another big strikeout day for this Dodger. Sandy Koufax fanned 18 batters in a 10–2 victory over the Cubs. It was the second game of Koufax’s career where he had 18 strikeouts.
1963: They brought home another title. Boston outlasted the Lakers 112–109 in Game Six of the NBA Championship to win it all. It was the Celtics’ sixth straight championship.
