The Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission deals with a couple of rezones at its meeting Tuesday. One is for nearly five acres of land on North Road One East, rezoning it from agricultural residential to single-family residential. The other property is under an acre in size on East Road Three North to accommodate a future gas and retail business.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
