The National Weather Service is putting on a weather spotter class in Prescott. Those who attend will learn about the monsoon and thunderstorms, and how to report their findings to the NWS.
The class takes place Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Jim and Linda Lee Planetarium on the campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
