Prescott Valley Mayor Kell Palguta is asking the community to pitch in and help out an elderly woman in need. Last Saturday, the historic Barlow-Massicks House at Fain Park was destroyed by fire, displacing Estelle Caldwell, the woman who resided there.
Posting on Facebook, Palguta said Caldwell, who is almost 90 years old, is scared and unsure what comes next in her life. He is asking folks to donate to a GoFundMe page set up to help Estelle Caldwell during this time. The link is https://gofund.me/e0747272b .
