This Friday, residents can join Prescott Mayor Cathey Rusing and other city officials for the annual Ride to Work with the Mayor event. The event serves to celebrate National Bike to Work Day and includes a family-friendly, two-mile bike ride. Following the ride, residents can enjoy coffee, juice, and donuts while connecting with local leaders.
Riders will meet at 7 a.m. behind Casa Sanchez, at 1450 West Gurley Street. The ride to City Hall begins at 7:15. City officials say all bikes and riders are welcome and remind residents to wear helmets and follow traffic rules.
