It was a wet day for parts of Yavapai County Wednesday. According to the County Flood Control District, Lynx Lake received 0.59 inches of rain. Goldwater Lake got over half-an-inch of rain. Granite Basin had 0.35 inches. Pine Ridge Marketplace received 0.31 inches. Sierra Prieta got 0.20 inches. Williamson Valley and Outer Loop Road had 0.16 inches. Downtown Prescott, Thumb Butte, and White Spar Campground all received 0.12 inches. Willow Lake, Prescott Heights, and Haisley Homestead all got 0.08 inches, and Watson Lake and Big Bug Mesa both had 0.04 inches of rain.
Expect more stormy weather in the Prescott area today as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 20-percent chance of thunderstorms.
