The Prescott Valley Town Council gets an early start to its meeting day Thursday. A special meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. to review the applications from residents wishing to fill the council seat vacated by Bill Williams.
Then at 5:30 p.m., the voting meeting begins. Council considers the Project Lynx development. Also on the agenda are votes on the tentative budget and the five-year capital plan.
Both meetings take place in the Town Library Auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
