The Tri-City area made its presence felt on this year’s All 4A Conference baseball team. Three local players made the first team. They are Prescott’s Lucas Tobin, the Grand Canyon Region Player of the Year and region batting champion, and his teammate Adrian Sanderford, who drove in 32 runs and, as a pitcher, fanned 41 batters. Also on the first team was Bradshaw Mountain’s Garison Jones. He hit .355 and led the region in RBIs with 34.
Two more Bradshaw players were selected to the All-Conference second team. Jeremy Reynolds went 7-2 with a 3.25 ERA and 38 strikeouts. Caden Randall hit .456 with 20 RBIs and 17 runs scored.
Bradshaw Mountain also had one player make the All 4A Conference softball team. Along with being a first team selection, Kodee Statler was also named the Conference Offensive Player of the Year. She hit .690 with eight homers and 28 RBIs.
