Northern Arizona communities are welcoming 18 new paramedics. Yavapai College officials say the first responders recently graduated from the school’s paramedic program and are ready to join the field.
The lead instructor for the group called them her “best and last class” and thanked them for challenging her to be better.
The paramedics will work for various agencies, including the Prescott Fire Department and the Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District.
