Using the Flock system helped Prescott Valley Police track down a reckless driver.
According to police officials, witnesses filmed a 2003 Toyota Sequoia passing other vehicles on the dirt along Viewpoint Drive Wednesday. On Thursday, officers used the Flock license plate reader system to track down the female driver. She was cited for reckless driving and speeding and released.
