The Prescott Valley Town Council has a special meeting scheduled for Thursday. The final report from the Citizen Recreation Facility Advisory Committee will be presented.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Library Auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
