Arizona Snowbowl heads into the weekend with nearly full operations. As of Friday, all lifts and 93 percent of trails are open, providing skiers top-to-bottom access from the Upper Bowl to the base of the Aspen chairlift.
The resort reports a 34-inch base and 60 inches of total snowfall so far this season. Forecasts call for sunny, windy days ahead with highs in the 30s and mostly clear weather continuing into next week.
Snowbowl is also reminding visitors that the final sale for the 2025–26 Power Pass ends December 19.
Meanwhile, Sunrise Park Resort in Greer has officially launched snowmaking operations. Crews began work November 1 and are targeting a December 12 opening.
Sunrise recently installed 24 new snowmaking units from SMI Snow Makers. General Manager Walter Guasch says they’ll help deliver outstanding snow conditions from opening day through spring.
