It’s day 16 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program, and today’s featured fugitive is Justin Schepman. He was found guilty of possession of dangerous drugs and misconduct involving weapons. Schepman was placed on probation but has since violated those terms, and a nationwide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Justin Schepman is 45 years old, 6’1 with black hair, and weighs about 170 pounds. His current whereabouts are unknown, but he has a prior address in Prescott.
