Early last month, the Yavapai County Community Health Services Center put out a community outreach survey. County officials say the survey is intended to gauge the community’s awareness, utilization, and perception of public health resources. They say public input directly influences strategic planning and methods for improving services.
Now that the new year is underway, the survey is set to close. Wednesday is the last day residents can submit their responses. The survey is available in both English and Spanish on the Yavapai County Community Health Services website. Physical copies are available at all Yavapai County library branches.
