Groundbreaking Planned for Assembly at Old City Hall in Prescott

There will be a groundbreaking ceremony next Thursday for Prescott’s newest hotel complex.

When completed, The Assembly at Old City Hall will consist of a four-story hotel, along with restaurants and retail businesses.
