Officials with the Prescott Fire Department report a team working on the 2026 strategic plan recently completed an intensive two-day retreat. They say staff reviewed feedback from both internal stakeholders and the community to create a collaborative effort backing the strategic plan. The plan aims to use data and proven methods to guide growth, prioritize tangible results, and ensure every decision is aligned with the heart of Prescott.
The updated 2026 edition of the plan will be officially presented to the Prescott City Council on April 14th.
