Yavapai County Rain Totals from March 31st, 2026

Yavapai County finally saw rain Tuesday.

According to the county flood control district, Thumb Butte received under a half-inch of rain. White Spar Campground got 0.39 inches. Goldwater Lake and Mingus Mountain both had 0.35 inches. Lynx Lake, Outer Loop Road, and Ash Fork all received 0.31 inches. Downtown Prescott, Pine Ridge Marketplace, Williamson Valley, and Prescott Heights all got 0.28 inches. Watson Lake had under a quarter-inch of rain. Chino Valley, Willow Lake, Viewpoint subdivision, Sedona, and Seligman all received 0.20 inches. Prescott Valley, Fain Lake, and Big Chino Wash all got 0.16 inches. Yarnell and Bagdad both received 0.12 inches. Prescott Country Club, Cordes Junction, and Camp Verde all got 0.08 inches, and Mayer and Cottonwood both had 0.04 inches of rain.

It looks to be another rainy day for the Prescott area today as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 40-percent chance of showers.
