PHS Baseball Pounds Lee Williams

They had a blowout win over Westview last Friday. Tuesday, the Prescott baseball team hoped to rinse and repeat in Kingman as they faced Lee Williams. They got off on the right foot toward that goal with a five-run first inning. The Badgers then scored multiple runs in every other inning, and when the dust settled, they came out way on top 13-1.

Kaden Lampe went 4-for-4 with four RBIs and two doubles. William Horn and Matt Hepperle both had two RBIs and two runs scored, with Hepperle getting two doubles. Travis Gates also drove in two runs. Nick Martin and Mateo Blair both scored two runs. On the mound, Gates fanned 12 en route to the win.

Prescott is now 13-7 on the season. They have a rematch with Lee Williams at Prescott High School tomorrow.
