Quite a few former local ballplayers were honored for their performances in the 2026 season. Prescott grad Jacob Police earned spots on the All-Lone Star Conference First Team and the NCBWA All-South Central Region Second Team. Playing for the West Texas A&M baseball team, Police hit .353 with eight home runs and 58 RBIs, and scored 48 runs.
Ex-Yavapai College baseball player Pierce Radke made the All-Conference Carolinas First Team. He batted .378 for Erskine College with three homers, 37 RBIs, 21 doubles, and 46 runs scored.
Former Yavapai softball player Torie Au lit it up for Cal State-Dominguez Hills. She hit .380 with five home runs, 50 RBIs, 17 doubles, and a .581 slugging percentage. That got her named to the All-California Collegiate Athletic Association First Team and the Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-West Region Second Team.
