Next Monday, the Prescott National Forest Service will hold a trail maintenance volunteer day. Volunteers will help maintain the newly built connector trail between the 106 Trailhead and the 105 Trailhead on Mingus Mountain from 8 a.m. to noon.
Forest Service officials say they will provide gloves, tools, and hard hats, but ask volunteers to come prepared with long sleeves, long pants, eye protection, and sturdy boots. Also bring plenty of water.
