Officials with the city of Prescott announced a road closure on Sheldon yesterday after a water main broke, and emergency repairs needed to be made. City officials have now announced an expansion of the road closure to include, Marina Street from Sheldon to Cortez. The new closure is in addition to the closure of Sheldon between Pleasant and Marina. City officials say detours are in place around the closure area and ask drivers to follow all posted detour signs and allow extra time for travel.
